Nanda Salad & Bakery is home to fresh and sweet dishes made with sincerity and high taste. We serve a variety of menu choices ranging from fresh fruit salad with our own special sauce, to various favourite cakes and snacks such as mini fudgy brownies, rainbow fruit pudding, and soft and tempting donut glaze.

This business is led by Aqila Natasha Rahman, a young, enthusiastic figure who is the 6th Champion of MasterChef Indonesia season 12. Her love for the culinary world led her to study at the Wedges cooking school, Surabaya, and deepen her knowledge to Qatar to undergo professional Chef Training. This experience and training enrich every touch she gives in Nanda Salad & Bakery products, combining technique, taste, and home style warmth.

Aqila’s journey was not easy. Behind every dish you enjoy now, there is a story of her long struggle in the MasterChef gallery, where she was tested by time, pressure, and culinary challenges from the best judges in Indonesia. But with perseverance, creativity, and great love for the world of cooking, Aqila proved herself as a tough figure to be reckoned with.

Terms & Condition 

Thank you for visiting the Nanda Salad & Bakery Website. We would like to inform you that all orders placed through the Nanda Salad & Bakery website are bound by the following terms and conditions:

  • Ordering can be done via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, Gofood or directly at the store.
  • Payment is made a maximum of H-1 before delivery (unless otherwise agreed).
  • Payment is considered valid after we receive proof of transfer or system notification.
  • Customers can also purchase products directly at the Nanda Salad & Bakery outlet/store without prior ordering, as long as stock is available.
  • It is recommended to contact us first to ensure the availability of certain products, especially for pre-order items.
  • Shipping is carried out according to the agreed schedule.
  • The delivery service uses internal or third-party couriers (GoSend/Grab Express).
  • Shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless a free shipping promo is currently running.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties (couriers).
  • Products should be stored according to instructions (refrigerator or room temperature).
  • For best results, consume fruit salad a maximum of H+1, and bakery products according to their respective labels.
  • We are not responsible for product damage if not stored properly after receipt.
  • Complaints are accepted a maximum of 12 hours after the product is received and must be accompanied by photo/video evidence.
  • Complaints do not apply to subjective taste preferences or storage errors by customers.
  • Products that have been opened or partially consumed cannot be returned.
  • Custom products or hampers must be ordered at least 2-3 days in advance.
  • Customization of design/packaging is adjusted to the availability of materials and themes.
  • Down payment (DP) is required for large orders or custom products.
  • Customer data collected is only used for order processing purposes and will not be misused.
  • We maintain the confidentiality of contact numbers, addresses, and other data.
